Each plant we handpick for your subscription box has been carefully packaged, to ensure that it arrives looking just as beautiful and fresh as it was on our farms. If any damage is made to the plants in transit, you are guaranteed a replacement at no extra cost.

What’s Plantboxs.com?

We deliver plants that are directly handpicked from our sustainable farms straight to your home and office. Each month, they freshly arrive at your doorstep to enrich any room in your house or make a day at work more pleasant. You can choose between small, medium, and large plants and manage your subscription via our Plantboxs app.

What’s included in a box?

Each month, you can expect to receive small, medium, or large plants of the tropical, annual, perennial, succulent, and cactus variety. Varying in colors and styles.

When will I receive my box?

We aim to ship each plant box on the first Monday of every month, weather-permitting. You will be notified via the app when the box has been shipped and is on its way to your home or office.

 Billing and Payment

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards:

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners club

When will I be billed for the subscription?

You will be billed for the first plant box as soon as you sign up. For the subsequent boxes, your card will be charged once the first month’s cycle is over and on the same date for as long as you continue to be subscribed.

How does my subscription renew?

Payments and subscription renewal are automatic. If you wish to pause or cancel, you will have to do so via the app. If you have any trouble, please do not hesitate to contact us via the Chat feature or email us at admin@plantboxs.com

When will I receive my box?

We aim to ship each plant box on the first Monday of every month, weather-permitting. You will be notified via the app when the box has been shipped and is on its way to your home or office.

Subscription

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes, you have the option to have as many plant boxes as you wish directed to a different address to your home address while paying for it and being the sole person receiving the invoices. You can choose between pre-paying for a set number of months or go month-by-month, and have the option to include a gift message.

What happens if I cancel my subscription after paying for the next box?

As long as you have been charged, you are entitled to receiving your plant boxes. The only thing changing is that your subscription won’t be renewed again for the next month. If you wish to stop before paying for the next plant box, make sure to cancel before your monthly payment is automatically charged.

How do I pause my subscription?

Access your Members Area account on our website and click on ‘manage subscription’ and then choose for how long you wish to pause your subscription for. You will be able to reactivate it anytime you want by accessing your account and clicking on ‘reactivate subscription’.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily do so by accessing your account via Members Area on our Plantboxs site and clicking on ‘manage my subscription’. Please note that if you have already been charged for a plant box, this cancellation will only apply to your subscription scheduled for the following months.

Shipping

Can I change the delivery date for my plant box?

If you wish to change the delivery date to another day, whether permanently or as a one-off, please contact us via email to admin@plantboxs.com.

I didn’t receive my box, what can I do?

You are usually meant to receive your box within 2 to 4 days after we ship it your way, to ensure the level of freshness we promise. If your box seems to have disappeared, feel free to contact us at admin@plantboxs.com and we’d be happy to help.
