We ship subscriptions on the first Monday of every month, weather-permitting. Once we receive your subscription confirmation, we’ll put your order in the queue for the next monthly shipment!
Please note that you will be charged in advance and we offer no refunds on cancellations if you wish to delete your subscription after your monthly order is already on its way. This change will instead apply to the next month’s plant box and the subscription will get canceled after your last order.
In the event that we are unable to deliver your Plantbox at the set date for monthly deliveries, we will notify you via email of the delay and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Our shipping rates vary depending on the size of plants you choose to have delivered. The delivery estimate remains the same for every subscription, you can expect to receive your plant box on the 15th of every month unless you decide to pause or cancel your subscription.
All of our monthly subscription plans offer FREE shipping.
Since every plant we deliver is handpicked directly from our farm and sent over with the intention of remaining fresh and in perfect condition, we only ship our subscription boxes to all states within the U.S.A.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
You can expect to receive an email confirming your subscription and, closer to the date of your monthly subscription, an email confirming that your plants are on the way. The latter will contain a link to track your order and see when exactly your plant box will be arriving.
We place the utmost care in every delivery but sometimes things outside of our reach might happen. If your plants arrive at destination damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost.
