The shipping of each Plantboxs’ subscription box is completely free - once we receive your subscription confirmation, it will be shipped on a monthly basis on the first or third Monday of every month, whichever is soonest.
Please note that you will be charged in advance and we offer no refunds on cancellations if you wish to delete your subscription after your monthly order is already on its way. This change will instead apply to the next month’s plant box and the subscription will get canceled after your last order.
We place the utmost care in every delivery but sometimes things outside of our reach might happen. If your plants arrive at destination damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost.
